The above clip is a most laudable and commendable advocacy and sensitzation campaign message by a Gbm-em Youth Ambassador Ms Ronaldine A. Taku. In her brief but poignant message, she dispels some myths about epilepsy, shares some facts or ‘bon à savoir’, and urges us all to show more empathy towards those living with epilepsy and those affected by the disorder in one way or the other. We hope her advocacy helps champion the cause to bring epilepsy out of the shadows, and to rally more youths to our Ambassadors programme.
